Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 2, 2026 · BoringDollars, Inc. — a Delaware corporation
Plain-English summary: Prago is a tool that helps you publish marketing content. Using it, you remain responsible for what gets posted under your name. This policy describes what you may not do with Prago and what happens if you do.
1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") applies to every user of Prago (the "Service"), operated by BoringDollars, Inc. ("Prago", "we", "our", "us"). It supplements the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Prago to generate, store, schedule, or publish content that:
- Constitutes spam, mass-unsolicited messaging, or low-value link-farm material designed primarily to manipulate search rankings or social-platform reach.
- Is defamatory, libelous, or makes negative factual claims about identifiable persons or companies that you cannot substantiate.
- Is materially deceptive, fraudulent, or constitutes AI-generated misinformation about real-world events, public figures, scientific consensus, regulated products, or financial markets.
- Infringes third-party intellectual property — including unlicensed trademarks, copyrighted text or images, and impersonation of another brand or person.
- Harasses, threatens, intimidates, or incites violence against any individual or group.
- Constitutes hate speech or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
- Is sexually explicit, contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or sexualises minors in any form. Such content will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
- Provides instructions for the synthesis or acquisition of controlled substances (narcotics, fentanyl, methamphetamine, etc), explosives, weapons, or biological agents.
- Is otherwise unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
3. Prohibited Use of Connected Platform Credentials
Prago connects to your third-party accounts (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Ghost, Reddit, Dev.to, Hashnode, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc) through OAuth tokens or API keys you provide. You may not:
- Resell, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the Service or to credentials you have stored in the Service.
- Use credentials stored in Prago to perform actions outside of Prago's automation flows — e.g., scripting against a Prago-stored token from another tool you control.
- Impersonate any other person, organisation, or brand on a connected platform.
- Bypass rate limits, terms of service, or access controls of any connected third-party platform.
You remain bound by each connected platform's own Terms of Service. A Prago automation does not waive any obligation you owe to Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Ghost, Reddit, or any other platform you connect.
4. Consequences of Violation
Where we determine, in our sole reasonable judgement, that an account has violated this AUP, we follow a graduated response:
- Warning — for minor or first-time issues, we may notify you, remove the offending content, and require corrective action.
- Content removal — we may remove drafts or scheduled content from your Prago workspace and revoke any pending publish actions.
- Suspension — we may temporarily disable your account, freeze your credit balance, and pause all scheduled publishing across every connected platform.
- Termination + credential revocation — for severe or repeated violations, we may permanently terminate your account, revoke all stored OAuth tokens and API keys, and block re-registration from the same email or payment method.
No refunds for AUP-driven termination. Where an account is terminated for an AUP violation, all unused credits and any pre-paid subscription period are forfeit. Top-ups are non-refundable in this scenario; subscription pro-ration does not apply.
For content involving CSAM, terrorism, or imminent threats of violence, we will skip the graduated response and proceed directly to termination plus law-enforcement reporting.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Prago's output is generated by large-language-model (LLM) agents. Where you publish that output to a connected platform under your own name, you acknowledge that:
- Some jurisdictions require a clear AI-disclosure label on machine-generated public content. The European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) imposes such requirements on certain categories of AI-generated content. You are responsible for compliance with the disclosure rules of every jurisdiction in which your content is published or read.
- Prago may, where we determine it is required by applicable law (including but not limited to the EU AI Act), automatically append an AI-disclosure footer to published content. We will document any auto-disclosure in your account settings.
- Some connected platforms have their own policies on AI-generated content (e.g., labelling requirements). You remain responsible for adhering to each platform's policy.
6. User Responsibility
Prago is a publishing-automation tool. It does not exercise editorial judgement and does not vouch for the accuracy of any draft it produces. The decision to publish, schedule, or distribute any piece of content is yours.
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing every piece of content before it is published — particularly when your account is configured for autonomous (auto) publishing.
- Ensuring the content complies with this AUP, with the laws of your jurisdiction, and with the terms of every platform you connect.
- Maintaining the security of your Prago credentials and the OAuth/API keys you upload.
- Promptly notifying us at abuse@prago.io if you believe your account has been compromised or used in violation of this AUP.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe a Prago user is violating this AUP, please report it to abuse@prago.io with as much detail as possible (URLs, screenshots, timestamps). We investigate every report and act where we identify a violation.
8. Changes to this AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a change is required to comply with applicable law (in which case it may take effect immediately).
9. Contact
For questions about this AUP, contact legal@prago.io. To report suspected violations, use abuse@prago.io.
